Back in Chicago May12 '03
I’m home. Just got in a couple hours ago.
As usual, things are hectic now. I am trying to get everything unpacked and organized – it always takes longer than I want it to. I just want to come home and get right back into the way I was living. No no.
Aaaah, idiot me – I left my frickin camera at Nicole’s apartment! Dammit. I had lots of photos from MGM on there, which we went to yesterday. Thankfully I put all the photos from the days before that on Michelle’s laptop, which we didn’t forget! NO, we got the laptop. But the camera – it’s not in sight.
We were rushing this morning at 7:30 AM. Nicole got up kinda late, and she had to drive us to the airport, then she headed to MGM for the day to work. I probably left my camera on the balcony. I was sitting out there a lot in the mornings.
Sigh. Yeah. Like I really needed to forget that. It’ll take at least a week to get those pictures in. Well, it could be worse. It could be STOLEN. My Dad would not be too happy. He bought it for me for Christmas a year ago.
I have good thoughts that I want to write as well, as soon as the "getting home" chaos dies down. I talk about it later.
