Work is slow. Progress is even slower.
If you take into consideration all the advancements in technology that allow people to work more efficiently, which saves time and effort – the world still works at a snail’s pace.
Sure, you can send someone an email on the other side of the planet, that gets to them within seconds. And I’m sure if there was humble life on other planets, we could email them in seconds too.
But no matter how much you speed up communication, and simplify technology, you’re still working with human beings, and not machines.
And in the end, human beings make decisions, and human beings tell you when you’re finally finished with a project.
So therefore, unless we can go into our own brains and insert faster processors, or larger hard drives, we will always be stuck at the mercy of a human being.
And whenever you have to wait for someone else to get back to you, it slows down the entire process.
