iTunes sort by multiple columns? Jan01 '05

Does anyone know a way, in iTunes, to sort a playlist by multiple columns, instead of just a single column?

For example, when there is more than one album showing in a single playlist, I can’t find a way to have the songs appear in the right order on their particular album (Track #), as well as being grouped by their particular album:

Screenshot of an iTunes playlist where multiple albums appear mixed up, after being sorted by the Track Number column.

If you sort by just Track #, the Album column is mixed up. And if you sort by Album, the Track # column is sometimes mixed up, or in DESCENDING order, when I want it in ASCENDING order. Who listens to albums backwards?
