Cubs blog / game tonight Apr26 '05

It’s great to see Len Kasper and Bob Brenly (Chicago Cubs broadcasters) in the blogsphere.

It allows fans to communicate directly with the duo, and possibly have comments or thoughts spoken on air, during Cubs broadcasts.

Recent posts by Len and Bob have discussed each day’s game notes, pitching scenario, Cubs history (this day in time), and anything at all related to baseball and the Cubs.

It’s a great, interactive way to stay involved with the season, other than just watching the games.

7th inning stretch

One of their recent posts was regarding the "7th inning stretch," and how they (Len and Bob) have to sing it (again) on Wednesday afternoon (tomorrow).

The post asked fans for any tips or advice on singing "Take me out to the ballgame," after their rookie performance came up rather dismal.

Look for my feedback there.

Game tonight

Tonight I will be at Wrigley Field, soaking up the Reds and Cubs (and probably soaking up some other stuff too, as my buddies promised some belated birthday drinks).

Should be a good night.
