Amazon Grocery promo gift Aug18 '06
I received this free box of groceries from Amazon Grocery. This is a promotional gift to help market Amazon’s latest trend.
I, for one, am extremely happy about Amazon Grocery. I already order household items from Amazon - such as toothpaste, hair gel, deoderant - anything you can think of. With Amazon Prime, I get free two-day shipping on most items, so I don’t even have to pay shipping costs.
Now, with the expansion into non-perishable groceries, Amazon is meeting even more of my needs. I can quickly shop online for grocery needs, which would ordinarily be a hassle to drive all the way to the store for.
I can get my groceries in two quick days, or overnight for an extra $4. Who can argue that?
With a full-time job, family, friends - who wants to constantly go to the grocery store? Not me.
It really is a good time to be alive.
