To their credit, there are many people contributing to that blog, and as the number of contributors goes up, the consistency of tone, quality and other attributes of a written publication become more difficult to manage. I have always been impressed with Google's messaging on public HTML pages and within apps. Looks like this guy has only contributed a couple of things, looks like a noob.
