RTM and Gmail: tasks in your inbox Jan18 '08
A nice feature of Remember The Milk is it's support for third-party services. An example is the Gmail Firefox extension.
Sure, this allows you to view your RTM tasks alongside your email, but the real goodness comes from RTM recognizing Gmail actions, such as starring an email. If you desire, you can have RTM create a task whenever you star an email. This is typically the intention, anyway. When I star something, I am mentally saying, "I need to get to this later."

Then, when you un-star that item, it becomes "Completed" on RTM! Talk about smooth integration.
(You can also choose to have RTM create a task when you apply a certain label.)
