I work with Utterz in a community management/customer service and marketing capacity and really, really enjoyed reading your feeding and want to let you know that we agree with you wholeheartedly!
We're set to release a whole round of new features next week and I have a feeling the elements of your feedback will be addressed (and then some).

Thanks Mark. I hadn't noticed the SMS and email notification options. They kind of blend in.

You can toggle your Utterz settings to email or sms you when a particular user creates an utterz. See the My Circle tab when you're logged in. But I agree that they need to send you a specific number to callback to hear it. The mobile UI is terrible.
BTW, I'm on Pinger too. Add me there if you want.
